I need 4 VIDEOS with Overlays on them

I have 4 VIdeos each about 15 mins long

I would like to add at least Captions or Overlays with Text or images on these
videos to make them look much nicer and interesting

Of course I am looking for a GREAT price as i only need Captions or about 4 Text or images on each video
I have lOTS of videos that I need this one

My COLOR SCHEME for the OVERLAYS ? -- Yellow or Beige Background with NAVY BLUE Text ( or BOLD black text ) whichever matches best on the clothes or setting of each video you will edit at the time
but to make this systainable i would need to have each video done for about $5.00 a video

And last then i need to have them where I can then upload them to FB, youtube or or Tik tok

is PICTORY or DESCRIPT the best AI tools for this?

CAPTIONS-- I know TIk Tok automatically adds them on the Videos for you on that platform. So for the FACEBOOK and Youtube - Overlays and images will be be better.

But for IMages -- it is best to use Images of the site i am referring to eg a TEESPRING or PRINTIFY site if that is what you are talking about at the time

NOTE . Please NOTE as this is VERY important to me if you want to use IMages of People _________

OVERLAYS --- if you use IMAGES of people -- Please i do NOT want images of ladies with Pants on. No Men with Dreadlocks , braided hair, . NO TATOES on anyone
