Description
The project is five short vertical clips (30–45 seconds each) in a Lego Movie cinematic style, one per service I offer. Everything is production-ready on my end — detailed prompts, voiceover scripts, music prompts, brand specs. The voiceover will use a clone of my own voice generated in ElevenLabs, for which I'll supply a clean source recording.
The main technical requirement is consistent character appearance across all five clips — the same Lego minifigure in every scene. Before we proceed, I'd like to ask: how do you typically handle character consistency across separately generated AI video clips?
I've attached the full brief for your review.

Hi Alf,
Before I apply, I just want to clarify a few points to make sure I execute this exactly how you need:
For character consistency, do you expect strict visual matching across all clips at a frame level, or consistency at a recognisable identity level (same figure, minor variations acceptable)?
Are you open to a hybrid workflow if needed, for example generating a base character and reusing it across scenes rather than fully regenerating each clip from scratch?
Which video generation tool are you leaning towards, or do you want me to select the best option for maintaining consistency?
For voiceover timing, should animation be tightly synced to narration beats, or is slight flexibility acceptable for smoother visuals?
Do you want captions styled consistently across all clips, or subtly adapted per scene tone?
For revisions, should we lock one clip as a visual benchmark before producing the remaining four?
Are you expecting strict adherence to the provided prompts, or is there room for small visual enhancements where it improves quality?
What is your priority if trade-offs are needed. Character consistency, cinematic quality, or speed?
On your key question about consistency:
I handle this by anchoring everything to a single source character. I generate and lock a master version of the minifigure first, using your exact description verbatim . From there, I either reuse that asset directly or condition all generations using the same seed, reference image, and prompt structure. This avoids drift between clips and keeps proportions, facial features, and styling consistent.
In some cases, I also stabilise the look further during editing, so even if the AI output varies slightly, the final result feels like the same character across all five clips.
Breakdown:
Character setup & consistency: $80
5 clips generation & edit: $150
VO, music & captions: $40
Final polish & revisions: $30
Once I have clarity on the above, I can move quickly and deliver within your timeline.
