    Before I outline the full technical approach, could you confirm how call audio will be accessed from your Cisco/Evonex telephony setup?

    Specifically, do you have an existing method (API, SIP fork, JTAPI, call recording service, or softphone integration) that allows capturing or streaming call audio to the employee’s PC? This will determine whether the transcription can run locally on the device or if we must implement a server-side audio integration.
