Freelance AI & Automation Builder (Simple AI + PDF Automation)

We’re looking for an AI / automation freelancer to help us build two simple AI-powered tools used in our sales process.

This is not a complex AI project.

It’s mainly about structured inputs → AI output → auto-filled PDF documents.

We have two tools to build:
1) AI Instant Wins Audit - Used live on a sales call to generate quick insights and then produce a short, branded PDF for the client.
2) AI Roadmap Generator - Used after a consultation call to turn structured inputs into: a detailed, client-facing roadmap PDF and a separate internal version for the salesperson

Both tools already have:
-clear input fields
-finalised AI prompts
-a defined process

Your job is to connect the dots and make it work smoothly.

What you’ll actually be doing
-Setting up simple AI workflows using our prompts
-Creating 2 branded PDF templates (clean, professional, not design-heavy)
-Automatically filling those PDFs from AI outputs
-Ensuring data from the first tool flows into the second (no re-typing)
-Keeping everything simple, reliable, and easy to use
-We are open on tools (Make, Zapier, Google Docs, etc.) and happy to take your recommendation.
