AI Mobile App Developer Needed to Integrate Gemini & Open-Source AI Models for Student Learning Platform

We are looking for an experienced AI Mobile App Developer to build AI-powered features into our existing mobile application. The app structure and core UI are already developed. Your responsibility will be to integrate AI models that can generate educational content and provide intelligent learning support for students.

The application should primarily support Google Gemini API, while also allowing integration with free/open-source AI models (local or cloud-based) as an alternative to reduce API costs.

Scope of Work
Integrate Google Gemini API into the existing mobile application.
Integrate one or more free/open-source AI models (e.g., Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, or similar).
Design a flexible AI provider architecture so models can be switched easily.
Generate educational content based on student queries.
Provide AI-powered tutoring and technical support for students.
Generate explanations, summaries, quizzes, practice questions, and learning materials.
Maintain conversation history and context.
Optimize API calls for performance and cost.
Ensure secure API integration and proper error handling.

Ideal Candidate
Previous experience integrating LLMs into mobile applications.
Experience with AI chatbots or educational AI applications.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI optimization.
Ability to recommend the most cost-effective AI architecture.
