GoHighLevel Expert Needed – Ongoing Work + Lovable Integration

I run a growth system for UK trade businesses

I'm looking for an experienced GoHighLevel workflow, voice AI, and chatbot specialist for ongoing work as we onboard new clients.

What we need for each client

1. Enquiry Follow-Up Automation

Website enquiry comes in
Lead is captured
Automated SMS/email follow-up
Lead/status information passed into our CRM

2. Quote Follow-Up Automation

Quote is sent
Automated follow-up sequence
Stops/updates when the customer responds or the status changes
Relevant information passed back into our CRM

3. Review Collection Automation

Job is marked complete
Customer receives an automated Google review request
Follow-ups sent where appropriate
Status passed back into our CRM

AI Receptionist
We also need an AI Voice Receptionist for each client.
It needs to answer incoming calls, handle basic questions, capture the customer's contact details and job requirements, and pass the enquiry into the system.

Lovable CRM Integration

We have built our own TradeFlow Pro CRM using Lovable.

GoHighLevel needs to integrate with our Lovable CRM using webhooks, API keys and/or the appropriate API integrations.

Data needs to pass reliably between GoHighLevel and the Lovable CRM so that enquiries, automation activity and relevant status changes can be tracked from our own system.

Who we're looking for

You must have genuine experience with:

GoHighLevel workflows
GoHighLevel Voice AI / AI Receptionists
Webhooks
APIs and API keys
Integrating GHL with external/custom CRMs
Troubleshooting and testing automations

This is ongoing work as we onboard more clients.
