We run four UK “Dancing With The Stars” per year. We want to setup automated messages across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
We want a complete, production-ready automated conversation system built across:
ManyChat (Instagram + Facebook DMs)
WhatsApp API (already activated inside Go High Level)
Go High Level (GHL) for CRM, inbox, and follow-up
AI-assisted responses for handling FAQs
Our goal is to build a warm, engaging, professionally structured chat experience that converts Strictly Come Dancing fans into paying weekend guests.
This job is Phase 1, and must produce a complete, working, polished funnel — not a draft or skeleton.
Budget: £800 fixed
Deposit: £200
Timeline: 7–10 working days from receiving all access + content
Mid-point review: Mandatory visual walkthrough on Day 5
Final delivery: Complete working system fully tested end-to-end

Automated follow-ups (Meta compliant)
Human takeover rules inside GHL
Adding WhatsApp to the conversation journey
Lead assignment when required
Abandoned enquiry / cold lead re-engagement
Automated notifications for new venue announcements or price/deadline updates

Segmentation = group leads based on behaviour so we can personalise future campaigns.
Lead Logic = rules that determine:
When someone becomes a “warm lead”
When someone enters pricing flows
When WhatsApp follow-up should trigger
When human takeover is required
How we track interest levels per venue
This must be fully implemented.
