Retell AI + Zapier Webhook Fix

I need an experienced automation specialist to diagnose and fix an issue between Retell AI and Zapier.

Retell AI is successfully capturing call data, but Zapier emails are coming through blank or missing key information. The webhook is connected, but the payload is not being mapped or processed correctly.

This is NOT a basic setup job. I need someone who can properly debug and resolve the issue end-to-end.

Scope of work:

* Review existing Retell AI configuration (agent, call events, webhook setup)
* Diagnose why Zapier is receiving incomplete/blank data
* Fix webhook payload structure and ensure correct data is passed
* Map all relevant fields in Zapier (caller name, number, summary, transcript, etc.)
* Ensure emails are triggered AFTER the call with full data (not during or blank)
* Implement a clean, reliable workflow for ongoing use
* Test thoroughly with live calls and confirm working output

Deliverables:

* Fully working Zap that sends complete, structured call summaries via email
* Clear mapping of all Retell fields into Zapier
* Stable, repeatable setup (no intermittent failures)

Requirements:

* Strong experience with Zapier (webhooks, triggers, data mapping)
* Experience with Retell AI or similar voice AI platforms (Twilio, Vapi, etc.)
* Ability to debug API/webhook payloads (not just follow templates)
* Fast turnaround — I want this resolved quickly

* Experience improving call summaries or structuring output cleanly
* Suggesting better workflow or architecture if current setup is flawed
