AI Reporting & Business Intelligence Specialist

Project Overview

We are a growing healthcare and retail business operating multiple locations across the UK. We are looking for an experienced AI-focused reporting specialist to help us transform raw operational data into meaningful daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with business intelligence tools, AI-powered analytics, dashboards, and operational reporting systems.

What We Need

We currently use:

* Practice Management System (PMS)
* HR Time & Attendance / Clocking-In System
* Sales and Financial Reports
* Google Sheets and Excel

We need someone who can:

* Connect and analyse data from multiple systems
* Build automated reports and dashboards
* Use AI tools to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
* Produce meaningful management reports rather than simply exporting data
* Create KPI scorecards for managers and senior leadership
* Highlight performance issues and recommend actions
* Reduce manual reporting through automation

Examples of Reports Required

Daily:

* Sales performance by location
* Staff attendance and lateness
* Appointments booked vs attended
* Outstanding tasks and operational issues

Weekly:

* Branch performance comparison
* Staff productivity analysis
* Revenue and profitability trends
* Compliance and operational KPI reporting

Monthly:

* Executive management reports
* Trend analysis
* Forecasting and predictive insights
* Performance league tables
* Recommendations for improvement

Skills Required

* Strong experience with AI tools and automation
* Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
* Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
* Data analysis and business intelligence
* Dashboard creation
* Process automation
* KPI development
* Experience integrating data from multiple systems

Bonus Skills

* Experience within healthcare, optical, pharmacy, retail, or multi-site businesses
* SQL knowledge
