About Us

Skayl is a UK-based marketing agency working with e-commerce and service-based businesses. We've built a multi-agent AI system using OpenClaw that supports our operations - a 9-agent team handling sales, marketing, operations, finance, dev ops, research, and a software development factory pipeline.

We need someone who knows OpenClaw inside out to help us maintain, optimise, and extend this system on an ongoing basis.

What We Need Help With

Optimising agents
Setting up new integrations
Keeping the system aligned with OpenClaw best practices as the platform evolves
Building custom tools, skills, and automations through the factory pipeline
General system health: monitoring, log analysis, fixing drift

You Should Have

Hands-on experience with OpenClaw agent framework
Strong understanding of multi-agent orchestration patterns
Familiarity with model routing
Experience with cron automation and gateway management

Engagement

Ongoing retainer, 10–20 hours per week
Remote, flexible hours
Must be available for async communication via Discord
UK timezone preferred but not required
