Developping chatbot using framework Tock

We are looking for someone who can help us to create 2 chatbot using the framework Tock https://doc.tock.ai/en/

The idea behind this project is to provide support for the implementation of two chatbots.
The first involves back-office management, indexing internal documentation and website indexing to make information available to our customer service representatives. Interfacing with an IVR (Easycom, Genesys, Kiamo, etc.) would be optional.
The second involves a chatbot for an online agency that would also leverage website indexing and additional documentation, with the goal of providing escalation support to a customer service representative.
