An industrial wholesaler seeks development of a multilingual Wonderchat chatbot to embed on its website. The assistant must ingest and index web catalogs from roughly twenty suppliers, support English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, enforce confidentiality rules (no supplier names, locations or sensitive details), prompt users for contact information, and provide accurate product guidance and navigation. Deliverables include data ingestion, multilingual NLU configuration, response templates respecting privacy constraints, testing across languages, and deployment ready for integration.

    * Have you already chosen how the supplier catalog data will be provided (URLs, PDFs, spreadsheets, APIs, etc.), or would that still need organizing during setup?

    * Should the chatbot strictly answer from indexed supplier data only, or are you expecting it to handle broader conversational/product recommendation behaviour as well?

    * How do you want confidentiality enforced in practice — for example, should supplier/manufacturer names be fully masked, replaced with internal labels, or selectively hidden depending on the query?

    * Will product availability/pricing need to stay synced dynamically, or is this mainly a static knowledge assistant using periodically updated catalogue data?

    * For multilingual support, do you expect native-quality responses in each language with localized terminology, or mainly translated equivalents of the English knowledge base?

    * When the chatbot captures lead information, should it push into a CRM/email workflow automatically, or simply collect and forward enquiries manually?

    * Are there categories or product types where the assistant must avoid giving recommendations unless certain qualification questions are answered first?
