Automated Social DM System (Similar to SocialToast.ai)

We are looking for a developer to build and set up a system similar to SocialToast.ai that automates DM conversations on Instagram and Facebook in order to increase conversions from social traffic & ads.

Build and manage an AI chat system that converts our social, website, and ad traffic into sales automatically.
An AI Chat System built on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, that starts 100s of DMs daily with everyone who engages with our socials, website or paid ads and follows up automatically until they buy. Instant, personal follow-up.

About Us
• Independent live events business (Strictly Come Dancing Weekends)
• 60,000 website pageviews per month
• 12,000 Facebook followers
• 4,500 Instagram followers
• Spend approx. £2,000/month on Meta ads (mostly IG/FB in the UK)
• No WhatsApp account currently in use
• Already using AI Chatter chatbot on website: https://my.aichatter.co.uk/

We want to automate DM inbox conversations so that users clicking on ads, stories, reels or bio links are funnelled into automated personalised DM conversations

The bot can:
o Capture leads (email, name, event interest, etc.)
o Answer common questions about events, pricing, locations
o Send follow-ups & reminders
o Escalate to a human when needed

We need the system to be compliant with Meta messaging policies
• Ability to run multiple DM flows (e.g., event info, early bird launch, competitions, etc.)
• Ability to track performance: clicks, conversations, conversions, drop-offs
• Admin dashboard/dashboard access preferred

Tech Notes / Expectations
• We are aware that this could be powered by an existing tool (e.g. ManyChat)
• We are open to your recommendation: full custom or based on a SaaS
• Must work with Instagram + Facebook
• Must be able to trigger from ads
• Should support future WhatsApp integration (optional, not required immediately)
