    Before we begin, I just have a few quick clarifications to ensure everything is aligned and we build this efficiently:


    Do you already have access to Uber/UberEats and WhatsApp Business APIs?


    Should we use Stripe or Stripe Connect for handling merchant payments?


    Is the chatbot expected to be rule-based or AI-driven with dynamic responses?


    For MVP, which features are must-have vs can be phase 2 (e.g., BNPL, advanced fraud system)?


    Should merchants have real-time control over vouchers or follow the manual sync process?


    Do you prefer a WhatsApp-only experience initially, or include a web dashboard for users as well?


    Once I have clarity on these, I can proceed with the best architecture and timeline.
