Adding chatting functionality

We are seeking a skilled developer to integrate a seamless real-time chatting feature into our tech education project, derived from the Tech-Books repository. This feature should facilitate both one-on-one and group conversations, with all messages stored in a database for future reference. The implementation must be clean, dependable, and easy to maintain, utilizing any contemporary backend framework and real-time technology such as WebSockets. This chat functionality aims to enhance educational discourse and foster collaboration among learners, creating an engaging learning environment.
