Letter of appeal

I am a Registered nurse. I need an exceptional letter of appeal to show that I deserve a place in the Master of Science in Nursing: Family Nurse Practitioner programme. I graduate from a university in the UK. In order to be accepted into this programme I needed to graduate with a (GPA) of 3.0 or higher. I had my degree evaluated and it was above a 3.0. The Grand Canyon University's evaluation determined 2.67 GPA.

I need help writing a compelling letter detailing the reasons why I am the perfect candidate for this programme.
