We are launching a curated “Hen Party Houses” site across the UK. We need a data researcher and scraper who can find owner-run or owner-approved properties that accept hen groups, capture accurate contact details, and obtain permission to list on our website.
Scope of work
Identify properties that match our criteria, UK, sleeps 8 to 30+, allows hen groups, features like hot tub, pool, games room, spa or unique design.
Gather full property details and media links, complete our CSV schema.
Find and verify the owner or authorised representative, name, direct email, phone, company.
Request permission to list using our email template, record consent status and date.
Verify details, price from, minimum nights, noise policy notes, availability or calendar URL.
Deliver clean, deduped data in our CSV template, weekly batches.
Deliverables
Completed CSV per our template with these key fields, property_name, full address, sleeps_min, sleeps_max, features, weekend_price_from_gbp, owner_name, direct_email, phone, source_name, consent_to_list, consent_date, verification_method, notes.
Source log listing each website and whether scraping was permitted.
Email validation report, bounce rate under 5 percent on a random sample.
Data sources and compliance
Public websites that permit crawling, owner sites, Google Maps, Companies House, UK Land Registry for verification.
Respect all robots.txt, Terms of Use and copyright rules.
No automated scraping of sites that forbid it, use manual collection instead if necessary.
Business contact details only, include opt out in any outreach.
We reserve the right to remove any source that is non-compliant.
Tools you should be comfortable with
Scrapy or Python requests, Playwright or Puppeteer for rendered pages, rotating proxies, anti-bot handling, OCR where needed.
Email discovery and verification, Hunter, NeverBounce, ZeroBounce.
Data cleaning and dedupe, Python, Google Sheets, Airtable.
Milestones
Milestone 1, Trial, 25 verified and consented owner contacts across at least three UK regions, due in 5 days, £150.
Milestone 2, Scale, 150 to 200 per month, priced per verified, consented contact.
Quality bar
Unique properties, no duplicates, accurate addresses and URLs, owner contact verified.
Consent recorded for every Yes, with proof in notes or short email screenshot.
Two random phone checks pass per 25 leads.
Screening questions
List three sources you would target first for owner-run large group properties in the UK.
Share a brief plan for handling sites that block scraping or forbid it.
Provide a sample CSV, five rows, using our column names, fake data is fine.
Which tools will you use for email discovery and verification, and how will you keep bounce rate under 5 percent
