Thanks to everyone who has submitted proposals so far. I need to clarify something important for all applicants, as many proposals are missing the core requirement of this brief.

Please read carefully — the test images are essential
Out of 41 proposals, only a small number have included the 3 required AI-generated lifestyle images.
These images are the single most important part of the selection process.
Without them, I cannot assess:
Your realism quality
Your ability to accurately represent the products Im looking for
Your understanding of UK-based environments
Your creative independence
Your technical execution
If your proposal does not include the 3 images, it cannot be shortlisted.

What I’m actually looking for in this role
I am not looking for someone who needs step-by-step instructions for every image.
I need someone who can:
Take creative lead
Understand my product categories
Build concepts and scenes independently
Present ideas, variations, and design options
Produce photorealistic, UK-focused lifestyle images with minimal input
Use initiative and imagination
Become a long-term visual content creator for the brand
If you rely on me heavily for direction, this role will not be a good fit.

How to get shortlisted
Read the brief thoroughly
Visit the balustrade category on my website
Produce 3 realistic lifestyle images using any of those systems
Include those 3 images directly within your proposal
Show me you understand quality, accuracy, and creative independence
This is the basic benchmark before moving forward to detailed guidance.

Realism & Visual Benchmark
Yes, I do have a defined expectation for realism. The images need to be true-to-life lifestyle photography, similar in quality to premium UK outdoor product photography. This means:
Lifestyle editorial realism rather than studio-style product renders
Accurate lighting, reflections, shadows, and textures
Correct representation of the balustrade systems — materials, colours, post shapes, glass clarity, spacing, etc.
Scenes that feel genuinely British: holiday parks, gardens, lodges, decking areas, natural UK greenery, realistic weather/lighting, etc.
To get a sense of the visual direction I am aiming for, please review images that are currently live on our site. These represent the general level of realism I am initially looking for. Once a candidate is selected, I will provide more tailored and detailed creative guidance so we can refine the style together.
Important – Full Proposals Must Include the 3 Required Test Images
To be considered, each applicant must include 3 lifestyle AI images in their proposal, based on any balustrade system from my website:

Only proposals with these 3 sample images will be reviewed in full.
