Zapier Expert Needed – eMax ERP (Garage) Automation

I have an auto repair client in the UK that uses eMax ERP (https://www.emax-erp.com).

There is NO public Zapier app for eMax, but they provide API access / webhooks / daily CSV exports on request.

We need the following 6 core workflows + Health & Safety reminder suite built and fully tested:

1. New quote created in eMax → auto email/SMS quote PDF + Teams link
2. Quote accepted → notify technician (WhatsApp / Teams)
3. Job completed → auto send invoice PDF + payment link
4. New customer in eMax → add to Contacts
5. MOT/service due dates in eMax → automated reminder campaign
6. Daily “jobs completed today” summary → Teams channel
7. Full Health & Safety suite (6–8 recurring reminders triggered from dates already in eMax – MOT licence expiry, risk assessments, toolbox talks, first-aid checks, etc.)

Requirements:
- Proven experience connecting non-native ERPs via webhooks / HTTP requests (please link 2–3 similar projects)
- Must use Zapier
- Deliver each flow with test data + video call walkthrough
- Full documentation + 2 rounds of revisions included

Timeline: 3 weeks max
