We're a growing UK lettings agency and want to automate our maintenance intake using WhatsApp and AI.
How it works: tenant WhatsApps an issue, the AI asks smart follow-ups, logs the job with a reference number, notifies our team, and posts directly into our CRM automatically. Runs 24/7 with no manual intervention.
We've thought through the stack — Twilio, Make.com, Anthropic Claude API, and our CRM (which accepts submissions via a webhook endpoint). Accounts and API keys will be ready when you are. We're open to platform recommendations but mainly want someone who has done this before and can build it cleanly and hand it over.
What we need from you:
— Make.com experience (please share an example of something you've built)
— Twilio or messaging API experience
— Experience with an AI API (OpenAI, Anthropic or similar)
— Available to start within the week
Deliverables: working end-to-end system, error handling, a short handover walkthrough for our non-technical coordinator, and brief written docs.
To apply: 2–3 sentences on relevant experience, one example of an automation you've built, your fixed price, and your earliest start date.
