Senior Staff AI-Native Software Engineer – Agentic Systems

I am looking for an elite, senior-level AI Software Engineer to take full technical ownership of building and operating production-grade, agentic AI systems for enterprise-scale applications.

This project goes far beyond basic API wrappers. You will be designing sophisticated multi-agent frameworks, developing enterprise-grounded reasoning mechanisms, and ensuring strict trust, safety, and governance protocols are embedded into the deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
Architecture Ownership: Design, build, and scale multi-agent frameworks and distributed AI systems tailored for complex workflows.

Production Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment, monitoring, and optimization of frontier AI models to guarantee reliable, enterprise-grade uptime.

Advanced Retrieval: Implement and refine complex data retrieval patterns (RAG) and optimized data structures for real-time AI contextual awareness.

Engineering Leadership: Own the technical roadmap, make high-level architectural decisions, and ensure best engineering practices are met.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ Years of Experience: Deep fundamentals in software engineering, data structures, algorithms, and high-throughput distributed systems.

Production-Grade Agentic Systems: A proven track record of designing, operating, and scaling multi-agent or agentic AI systems in a live environment.

Technical Stack: Highly proficient in Python. Strong familiarity with systems languages like Go, Java, or C++ is a massive advantage.

AI Frameworks & SDKs: Hands-on experience working directly with frontier AI SDKs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) and production retrieval patterns.

Communication: Exceptional communication skills and fluent English are mandatory, as you will be fully managing day-to-day delivery and project requirements.
