1) Is this a website, web app or mobile app, and are you starting from scratch or improving an existing design?
2) Who are your primary users and what is the main action you want them to complete on the platform?
3) What devices will users mainly be on, mobile, desktop or both? -

I need to understand a few things. What type of project is this, website, web app, or mobile app? Do you already have an existing design that needs improvement or are we starting from scratch? And who are your primary users?
-

Hi Jamal, Would you like the design to follow a more minimal style, or should it include stronger visual elements to create a more distinctive brand feel?
-

Hi Jamal, I want to get a clearer picture of your project so I can ensure the UX design is clean, modern, and genuinely easy for users to navigate. What specific challenges are you currently facing with the existing interface, and where do users seem to struggle the most. Who are your main users and what is the single most important action you want them to complete smoothly on the platform. Is this a full redesign from scratch or are we improving an existing design or wireframe. What devices will your users mainly be using, mobile, desktop, or both equally, so the experience can be optimized properly. Are there any apps or websites you consider a good benchmark in terms of UX simplicity and flow that you would like this project to align with. Finally, what would success look like for you after this redesign, improved engagement, smoother navigation, higher conversions, or overall better user experience.

Hi Jamal,
Before designing anything, what part of your current user experience feels most frustrating for users right now corner is it navigation confusion corner low engagement corner or users dropping off before completing key actions. I ask this because identifying the exact friction point first allows the design to focus on real improvements instead of just visual changes, and it also helps ensure the final interface is not only clean and modern but genuinely improves how users interact with your product.
