N8n with Twilio

We’re looking for an expert to train our team on setting up an AI receptionist that uses Twilio, OpenAI, and n8n. The goal is to create a smart, natural-sounding virtual receptionist that can answer calls, talk with callers in real time, and automatically create tickets in our service desk through an API connection.

The ideal trainer will help us design the full workflow — from call handling in Twilio, through conversation logic with OpenAI, to automation in n8n — and ensure the AI sounds as real and responsive as possible. We’d like the session to include setup guidance, best practices, and documentation so our team can manage and expand the system confidently.
