    Hi Bill, thanks again for the invite. Just wanted to clarify one point before I finalise my approach — are you looking to automate one main project workflow in Monday.com from project creation through to completion, or do you have multiple connected processes/teams that need to feed into the same project workflow?

    For example, I'm currently thinking along the lines of:

    New Request → Project Setup → Planning → Assignment → Work in Progress → Review/Approval → Completion → Reporting

    If that's roughly how your process works, I can use that as the starting point and map the boards, ownership and automations around it. If your process is quite different, a quick outline of the current steps would help me shape the right approach.
