Seeking an experienced Full Stack AI Developer to build a production-grade Healthcare SaaS leveraging LLMs, RAG, and AI agents. Responsibilities: design end-to-end architecture, implement contextual AI chatbot, develop RAG pipelines for healthcare documents, build agent tooling and workflow automation, secure backend APIs and authentication, and create a responsive React/Next.js frontend. Required expertise: Python (FastAPI), LLMs (OpenAI or equivalents), LangChain/LlamaIndex/LangGraph, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS), and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP). Healthcare product experience and demonstrated RAG/agent projects are highly desirable.

    Will the RAG system operate exclusively on your proprietary healthcare documents, or will it also need to combine internal knowledge with external medical guidelines (e.g., NICE, CDC, WHO, PubMed) while maintaining source attribution?
    Are your AI agents expected to perform actions (such as scheduling, updating records, triggering workflows, or calling external APIs), or will they initially function as read-only clinical assistants?
    How do you plan to evaluate answer quality—through clinician review, citation accuracy, confidence scoring, automated evaluation pipelines, or another validation process?
    Given the healthcare domain, what compliance requirements should the architecture be designed around from day one (HIPAA, GDPR, NHS DSP Toolkit, SOC 2, or others), even if certification comes later?
    Would you be open to a 20-minute architecture discussion before development begins? I'd like to walk through the RAG pipeline, agent boundaries, vector storage strategy, and security model to ensure the system is designed for long-term scalability rather than simply delivering a functional prototype.
