Expert to build me an AI agent

Hello you wonderful people out there,
I am seeking an expert to build me an AI agent. The tasks of the AI agent are to look for two things:
1) A full-time executive leadership position: CEO, CCO, Program Director or an adjacent position.
2) A part-time position in a board: advisory board, board of directors or supervisory board.

What do I expect from the agent on the full-time executive leadership position:
- Report once a day on 8 AM CET on new positions that are posted either on company’s website or on job vacancy websites.
- It must be only newly reported positions or positions that are reposted.
- In a company: not a non-profit, NGO or in the public sector.
- A company in the sectors HealthTech Medical Device MedTech HealthCare or an adjacent field.
- Can be a start-up, scale-up or corporate.
- Can be a job, can be as contractor or interim, all contracting forms are okay.
- It must somewhat match my CV (that I can share later).
- Based in Europe, preferably Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
- Can be via a headhunter or direct.

- It must be only newly reported positions or positions that are reposted.
- For a company, a non-profit, NGO or in the public sector.
