Customer Support AI Agent

I am looking for a developer with experience in AI Agent to develop a platform for customer support. We sell trucks and want to use this platform so that users can login, search for troubleshooting issues and use an AI Agent that can search in a 50 page manual for possible solutions. If there are no solutions found or the agent cannot identify the solution, it will send a message to the user that someone will contact them asap and on our end receive an alert of the issue so we can contact the user. The manual will grow with time but for now we want to start with just a 50 page manual. Please see the scope attached.
