Create a process that will automatically accept jobs

I’m seeking a reliable developer to create a secure, easy-to-manage system that monitors incoming Checkatrade jobs and accepts them automatically. After acceptance, it should send customers a predefined message by email, SMS and WhatsApp. The system must also export job details to Excel daily and support importing data into a newly designed database via CSV files. Please include a straightforward interface for managing messages and data, along with clear documentation. Share your proposed approach, timeline and estimated cost in your bid.
