Experience Level: Expert
I need an experienced developer to build an automated AI voice answering service for small businesses. The system must answer forwarded calls using a voice AI platform (Bland AI or Vapi), capture caller details, book appointments into Google Calendar in real time, and send automated SMS confirmations via Twilio. Must also handle cancellations by text. I have existing Vapi and Twilio accounts. Looking for someone with proven voice AI experience who can communicate clearly in plain English throughout.
