Animated video

I am looking for an animated video to help us promote our accountancy brand. And, we'd like it to be produced like this:

We have a script completed, can get the voice over recorded, and have some ideas for a storyboard. Now we need someone who can put it together with background soundtrack and effects.

We have a character (who we call Billy) who represents a typical small business owner. He is on http://www.welovebookkeeping.co.uk/ - he does not need to be used but it would be good if the animated was consistent.
