Android tablet business application for sales people

I am looking for someone to write a android application to replace the field order pads my sales people carry. It needs to have several pages of content/ product, customer account details, new and existing customer, be able to accept data, orders and at the end of the day, use the sales agents home wireless network to upload the data to our server as well as download any from the office. We have approx 12 sales agents, I can provide almost all of te graphics. My intention is to use ths with the Samsung Galaxy Tablet 10.1.
