Adress Data Transfer & Validation into Excel & Word

We have a file https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/7851579/koeln.htm
where all medium sized companys in cologne are listed.

What needs to be done:

1) Check if they have a website and if they are still in business
2) transfer the data you find about the company from the koeln.htm in the sales list.xls
3) Bring the Adresses of the companies you found out into the Adress Stickers.doc

We want to do a mailing via post and need the adresses of these companies onto the adress stickers.

German Adresses work like that:

Name of Person you want to write to
Name of the Company
Name of the Street
ZIP CODE & CITY

Example:
