Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are a small Health and Safety Consultancy working for Architects, Contractors, Developers and Project Managers in the Midlands and London. We are looking for someone to prepare documentation, for example fee proposals and various technical documents required by the CDM Regulations. Some of these are simple cut and paste jobs; others require skill to interpret replies to sometimes technical questions and turn question and answer into simple clear prose.
We will provide templates and other necessary information about projects etc; and instructions, usually in the form of videos through Loom. We use Smartsheet to track progress on our projects. Other communication is usually by email.
Please look at the ESSENTIAL list very carefully: our requirements are quite specific so please don't reply if you do not fit. If you do fit with the ESSENTIAL requirements confirm that in you reply, and then tell us if you fit the WOULD BE GOOD requests.
Our maximum budget is £15 per hour.
ESSENTIAL: YOU MUST
Produce accurate and well laid out documents according to instructions, quickly and efficiently.
Have good word processing skills.
Have excellent written English skills.
Be able to use Smartsheet.
Use Microsoft Word on an Apple system.
Be based in the UK (because you may be asked to receive documents and send files out by post).
Charge not more than £15 per hour.
WOULD BE GOOD:
Some knowledge of Health and Safety
Some understanding of and experience with CDM 2015.
Use Office 365
