I run my own business as well as a joint partnership. Your role would be to assist us with tasks for both businesses which are stopping us from being productive as they take so long.
You need to be in the UK and have good english, preferably native. You will need to work fast & efficiently as our workload is ever increasing.
The first task that I need undertake is the following -
I need you to login to one of our business portals (joomla) and download all the emails from ticket sales via CSV. You will need to add these emails to another spreadsheet, and make sure there are no duplicate emails in the spreadsheet. We will need you to add emails of funeral directors to this list from all over the UK (you will need to locate website/emails etc and then add to our spreadsheet.
2nd task,
You wiill need to find me appropriate venues churches/ community centres in the locations I provide you. The venue must not be further than 15 minutes away from a train station or tube and be easily accessible. The room needs to seat 45-50 in thearte style but also needs to have four 2 table stations in each corner of the room for workshops, people need to be able to move around these tables. The rooms need to be a fair size and within our budget.
You will find these locations, get photos from the venue of the correct room and outside (ask the venue to provide). You will only book venues with eitherprivate parking or free on street parking.
I will check the venues/location/look/room/price, confirm. Then you will ring and book dates for me.
You will have to keep all our information and projects confidential as we are in the middle of a relaunch of our new website which is under construction.
The job is paid on an hourly basis, you will need to work quickly but where possible don't make mistakes. The job will be as & when I have tasks for you too do (at the moment a fair bit as i am bogged down). Hours per week will vary on what task I give you.
You also have to help us set some deadlines for a project we are doing, helping us to focus on 1 task at a time and sticking to the deadline. I am crap at keeping myself organised, so I need you to do it for me!
If you have extra skills such as making intro videos/animations/intros, doing voice overs, proof-reading, grammar checking, writing, graphic design (we need some ebook and paper back covers designed), a good telephone manner to help us create links with other business & encourage them to advertise with us and helping us to source the cheapest products that we sell to increase profit.
If you have extra skills l;ike above, then you will gain a lot of work from us as it will save us sourcing inviduals for each task.
When sending your bid, please state if you have any extra skills that we can use.
