A very busy entrepreneur in need of task specific administrative and online business support in the areas of Social Media & Internet Marketing, Data Entry and CRM database administration, WordPress blog administration, Internet Research, marketing campaigns and List Building and Website Administration. I run a startup micro entrepreneurship company and I am looking for someone with the skill set mentioned above who is reliable, dependable and available to work at least 5-10 hours per week to do "one-off" tasks to help grow an online business and become a part of the virtual team. Depending on performance, the individual will have the opportunity to help build, grow and become a part of a dynamic multi-va practice from the ground up. Please note this is a part time opportunity to work remotely from home and I can only offer up to 10 hours per week at a small rate. As the business grows, there is the possibility that the tasks will grow as well, depending upon the individuals level of performance.
The ideal candidate must be a fast learner, meticulous, detail oriented, organized, articulate, a great communicator who has great pride in the quality of service provided and who don't need to be micro-managed but can take instructions and a task and see it through completion.
Essential skills
1. Demonstrate the ability to communicate effective in English is essential.
2. Demonstrate the ability to implement successful Social Media and Internet Marketing strategies that can help to grow an online based business.
3. Knowledge of WordPress including WordPress Plugins, website administration, SEO, and website analytics.
4. Knowledge of CRM database administration, email marketing, email list building, auto-responders, shopping cart implementation, Internet and article research, article writing/editing and blog posting.
5. Proposal research and writing.
6. Knowledge of the Real Estate especially the Tourism and Hospitality real estate industry, Hotelier industry and Construction Management industries are a great plus but not absolutely necessary.
