We are looking to build a long-term relationship with a remote assistant or agency that can support our everyday business activities and projects. Our business revolves around managing a network of high traffic websites in the UK.
Your role will be quite varied, consisting of:
Organising tasks and workflows
Organising folders and files
Sourcing leads for content outreach
Researching and managing contact lists
Managing subscriber email database (Mailchimp)
Creating engaging social media posts
Invoicing clients
Responding to incoming emails
Ghost writing
Image editing
Data research
Data entry
Website analytics and providing summary reports
You must:
- Be fluent in English, with excellent spelling and grammar.
- Be based in Europe (ideally UK)
- Have a proven track record (reviews and past examples)
- Be reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic to work within a dynamic business
- Have great communication with your manager (email/Skype etc)
Ideally you will:
- Have experience with Wordpress
- Able to edit images
- Know basic HTML
- Have writing experience
- Be active on Facebook/Twitter/Google+
Initial work will be about 10-20 hours per week. The first task is urgent and needs completing within one week.
