Virtual Assistant / Business Assistant for Entrepreneurial Marketing Company
This is an ideal position for an extremely well organised, hardworking team player comfortable working in a diversified role with significant responsibility for handling email marketing on Aweber & Mailchimp.
Our company is a dynamic and fast paced (yet stable and well-established) professional firm located in London. We have a position available for an experienced Virtual assistant to help with our clients email marketing and believes in doing whatever it takes to get the job done.
Candidate must be above-and-beyond organised (in fact, experience in professional organising is a plus), proficient in email, online calendar (Google Calendar), Word/Excel. Must be smart, flexible, resourceful, trustworthy, detail oriented, poised/polished, adept at multitasking at the highest levels.
Duties include uploading and scheduling content on Aweber and Mailchimp, organising lots of incoming mail and paperwork and any other online marketing content jobs mainly on Wordpress and Facebook as and when they arise.

-2 years of more of personal assistant experience or virtual assistant
-Experience in using mailchimp and aweber email marketing platforms
-Fluent in English
-Computer fluency
-Excellent organisational, filing, verbal, and follow through skills
-High attention to detail and efficient in managing many simultaneous tasks and projects
-Highly communicative, responsive and accessible
-Looking for a part time position or ad hoc work
-Excellent references from a recent job with similar experience
