Hello! This advert is for a position to help a small company run smoothly and provide the best service we can for our customers and prospective customers.
We provide electronic document management services, in particular we run an online document management system, we have end users and resellers as our customers.
This position is for someone to help us with a wide range of tasks including;
- General admin / coordination with suppliers / travel / shopping
- General customer service - answering questions and customer query emails. This could be related to our online web system, queries will be basic and full training provided.
- Sales admin - as per above, answering enquiries.
- Marketing admin - this may include tasks to look for potential leads or contacting a list of companies to identify who the best contact is for us to send information.
- Documentation - Helping us write help files for our online web system (this will only be once you are familar with it).
- Familiarity with Wordpress would be a bonus
Given the interaction with our customers and possibility to help us write some documentation it is essential that your written English is excellent.
It is essential that you are available via skype / MSN and of course email.
Customer queries should be dealt with as soon as possible so this requires that you will respond to our customer enquiries on a regular basis.
Because the emails and customer enquries that need responding to will be from UK users at this time, we will require cover through the UK working day to ensure that tasks and emails are responded to in a timely manner.
We are looking for someone that's reliable, hard working, enthusiastic, willing to learn and has a good level of IT literate due to the technical nature of the company.
We see this as a role that will develop over time, at the moment I think we are looking at up to 7 to 10 hours per week, spread throughout the week. It's important to note that the email enquries may arrive on any day so ideally this a role that would suit someone with other similar clients so you have the flexibility to respond as and when.
