I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me with internet research, report writing, creating templates/forms, etc. in the HR & Talent Acquisition arena. Topics include competency based interviews, talent acquisition best practices, job descriptions, workforce planning, succession planning, interview forms, policies & procedures, candidate application forms, etc.
The applicant needs to have excellent online research and writing skills. CIPD training/qualification would be ideal.
Attached is a sample of research already done. One assignment would be to take research I have already done on competency based interviews and translate that into three parts: 1) Develop a sample interview form, 2) Competency based interview questions, 3) Competency based interview guide for hiring managers.
There are several other such assignments.
