I will start by telling you a little about me!
I am Jack from Essex, UK. I run multiple successful businesses, but feel its time that I need a VA to assist with my property company, in general day to day tasks. I would be looking at around 3 hours per week to start off with, maybe more.
This would include:
- Finding Tenants via Spareroom
- Communicating with potential tenants & booking in viewings.
- Managing my diary (in the future)
- Finding properties (within my chosen area)
- Booking in viewings for potential properties
- Communicating with Estate Agents & building relationships
- Setting Up Utility Bills for Properties
The roles above are what I would be looking for someone to take over, not imminently, but over a period of time.
I'm looking for someone who is business minded and is highly motivated. You must have good written and verbal communication skills, as its imperative within this line of work.
