I am looking for someone who can log support tickets on our IT support system training will be given. You will need to ensure that tickets are dealt within the SLA and progressed to the engineer to resolve. Pervious experience with a service desk system would be beneficial.
You will need to be available from 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Expect 10 to 15 tickets per month. If required you will be provided with the desk phone.
