Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: 3 - 4 weeks
I'm looking for someone dependable and organised, who I can rely on and can help me with some administrative tasks.
This will mainly involve being phoning contractors and builders and organising and project-managing a refurbishment of a property whilst I am at work.
I will also need a few other basic administrative jobs done like phoning estate agents and arranging property viewings, and organising them on my calendar.
In addition to the above, there will be some general miscellaneous tasks that I'd be grateful if you could perform.
Lastly, I should say that these tasks may evolve with time as my business changes and adapts, and I learn new things.
The crucial thing for me is that I'd have to be able to contact you on weekends and evenings, as I work full-time.
Initially the work won't take longer than about 5 or 6 hours per week, and may rise as I gain confidence and offload additional work if you're keen.
Ideally if you have experience in dealing with property investors either through having worked in the industry (e.g. lettings agents, or estate agents), or have experience in working with property investors, and understand a thing or two about the property market, that would be ideal.
If you happen to be based in Liverpool, or the north-west somewhere, that would be even better!
Requirements:
- Good, confident and enthusiastic telephone manner
- Organised
- Has access to a phone with unlimited minutes
- Willing to use/learn how to use Trello to manage the work
- Willing to use Google calendar to arrange viewings
- Ability to communicate by phone evenings and weekends
- Good analytical skills
- Good initiative i.e. I don't have to pester you to get things done
