Experience Level: Intermediate
We are a vegan food company based in Los Angeles with a mission to bring healthy and delicious food to everyone.
We are currently looking to bring someone on to help us with a wide range of admin tasks as well as other creative tasks.
We are a fun team with lots of room to grow and learn new things.
1. Ordering raw materials
2. Coordinating with store buyers to place food orders
3. Coordinating with employees for scheduling
4. Coordinating with the accounting team for data gathering from clients
5. Scheduling meetings
6. Some trip planning
You must have strong phone skills as this position requires daily communication with customers.
Must have a stable high-speed internet connection.
If you are a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, always on time individual, please apply.
The work hours will ideally be: 7am-4pm, Sun-M-T-Th-Fr. Pacific Standard Time.
There is flexibility with this schedule as well.
