Estimated project duration: Ongoing
I own a growing, speciality UK tea business and I’m looking for a GVA to join our team to help with the daily running of our wholesale and internet sales. Ideally, 3 hours in the morning every week day (including between 10-11am). Friday would be nice to have but not a deal breaker.
ROLE: You would be responsible for the following:
• creating invoices in Xero
• downloading orders from Wordpress and other shopping sites ready for processing
• dealing with general admin emails
• scheduling social media and answering queries
• updating databases
• standard newsletter formatting
• standard Wordpress website updates (uploading blog posts, adding new pages, adding & amending products).
• other general admin tasks as required
• daily email reporting initially and weekly Skype call with our team so we can all stay updated.
Detailed induction, training and reporting would be provided.
Skills: You should have good English, be based in the UK, be organised and willing to learn and looking to be part of an exciting team. You must also have a consistent IP address (2 max) i.e. be based in 1 or 2 locations (not cafes) so we can set up a secure link for order processing.
Start date: ideally before 24 September 2018.
