Job Description
We are hiring on behalf of our clients for multiple different front desk positions in the Sacramento area. Qualified candidates will be responsible for managing all general front desk activities. These positions range from temporary to direct hire and pay ranges from $14-17 per hour based on experience.
The Job:
• Answering the main office phone line and directing calls appropriately
• Scheduling using MS Outlook and providing meeting support
• Greeting visitors and guests and directing them accordingly
• Purchasing office supplies and maintaining office equipment
