Job Description
Our healthcare client is in need of a Front Desk Admin They will perform a wide variety of clerical and reception activities that support the delivery of services to patients and staff in their Senior Care Options (SCO) department. They will be greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering the phone, and entering insurance information when needed.
Hours: Mon-Fri - 8:30-5:30PM
Top 5 Qualifications:
1. 1+ years' administrative experience in a healthcare setting
2. Experience handling patient insurance is preferred, not required
3. Strong computer skills including MS Office, specifically outlook
4. Strong customer service skills, specifically in working with patients
5. Ability to multi-task and handle the many moving pieces of a busy, healthcare environment
