Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
Hi there,
I'm looking for an absolutely incredible Virtual Assistant to help with my agency and coaching businesses. We are ideally looking for someone who has worked with coaches in the past / has experience of the coaching industry and is completely comfortable in handling clients, joining up people and processes and has an understanding of email systems and how marketing funnels work.
We have various experts on board to handle the really tech stuff, but we need someone who has a good understanding of how it all works and can link it all together with client facing plans and internal processes.
Most importantly, we need someone who is actively forward thinking and gets stuff done or makes recommendations without us having to worry about giving the VA jobs to do.
This is our first VA hiring so we need someone who really knows their stuff!
VA would be working mainly in the UK 9-5 but we are open to VAs that live overseas ONLY if English is their first language.
We’ll also be ignoring any non-personalised proposals.
Applicants must be:
- Fluent in Email providers, automation, tagging (Active Campaign, Campaign Monitor, MailChimp etc)
- A generally lovely person who is always polite and kind
- Someone who is very forward thinking and constantly putting forward recommendations and ideas for improvements
- Can navigate their way around Facebook Ads Manager and report on what is and isn't working. They do not need to manage the ads themselves.
- Is very good at looking at processes and finding ways to streamline them to be more efficient and a better experience for clients
- Is comfortable and confident at filming and recording how to videos for clients (usually talking over a screen recording)
- Can create coaching course materials and trainings, and has a very keen eye for detail and branding
- Has an almost anal level of grammatical accuracy
- Is a great, friendly copywriter
- Support with research, inbox management and general admin
- Help out with weekly email newsletters and social media posts
- Will give feedback on landing pages, marketing, copywriting etc
- Is comfortable with speaking to clients directly
- Is based in the UK, or can work UK 9-5 hours
If that sounds like you, then we are looking for someone for 20-40 hours a month to start with, and may need to scale up from there. Our first steps will be to arrange a Skype call with shortlisted VAs.
When applying please give details of work you've done that fits the criteria above, and give your hourly rate.
