Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced VA to join a dedicated and fast paced team at Sitemorse.
Since 2001, Sitemorse has been the provider of automated, cloud based software, empowering digital teams to continually improve how they manage their entire online presence.
You will be joining an expanding team - Sitemorse has a client base consisting of high profile corporates and government organisations, some of the biggest names in the world. We continually review and upgrade our services, therefore it’s important you have experience working in a fast paced and changing environment.
This is a temporary contract (9 months) to cover maternity leave.
Location: Remote based. Can be based anywhere in UK but must be able to travel to London for a company meeting every other month.
Hours: 30-35, Monday to Friday business hours (must be available at least 6 hours per day). There is flexibility around working times.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and update company documents, co-ordinating new design work with our agency when required.
Assist with sales and marketing campaigns.
Updating the company website and social media pages.
Co-ordinating the release of new content with copywriters and content owners.
Support the delivery of client projects / service deployments, support queries and resolutions.
Proactive follow up of agreed meeting outcomes - ensuring everyone is ‘on the same page’ with structured planning and management of actions.
Respond efficiently to incoming sales enquiries, allocating actions to the most appropriate person.
Research and understand the business objectives and goals for each client.
Accurate and efficient scheduling of meetings and conference calls (internal and external prospects / clients / partners).
Management of company events and ad-hoc internal projects.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Attention to detail, with accurate update of documents and a CRM program.
Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Organised who can work independently when required and manage own workload.
Ability to ask the right questions to clarify the objective, always adapting a 'get things right first time' approach.
Experience of working in a dynamic, collaborative culture.
The ability and confidence to work autonomously as well as being an excellent team player.
An excellent telephone manner, and comfortable liaising with prospects and clients across a wide range of levels and industries.
Advanced MS Office Skills, in particular Word, ability to format complex documents from scratch when required.
B2B / Digital / SaaS experience 1 year plus preferred.
