Experience Level: Intermediate
I am the director of a UK based tech startup. I always have a lot of things on my to-do list and I need a super organised person in my life so that I stop dropping balls.

I would love to work with a personal/executive assistant who has been doing it for a long time and knows how to really make an exec more productive.

P.S. You will need to be able to take a UK morning (flexible between 8:30-9:30am) and late afternoon (flexible between 5-6pm) call where you will be making sure I'm staying focused.

You will be my critical friend, sounding board and coach ....so I'm pretty excited to get to know you

- Min 2 years experience as a personal/executive assistant
- Have timely email response times
- Excellent at composing emails
- Have a strong internet connection
- Considers themselves a coach
- Organsied / OCD tendencies
- Light hearted personality
- Has organised meeting in different timezones
- Smart / Thinks for themselves/ takes initiative

- Have an understanding of GTD (training can be provided)
- Has a Mac
- Has an iPhone / iPad <-- can you tell I like Apple :D

Morning Call

- Have I booked time to make the TODO happen in my calendar?
- Responses to any emails that I need to respond to

Evening Call

- Clarification on any tasks that I have pending.

Handling emails / Cleaning inbox
- All emails must be responded to within 24 hours.
- All emails that require a response from someone should be followed up within 2 days of the first email.
- All emails that don't need to be in my inbox should be archived. (help me minimise the noise)
- Check my draft emails (there are times I have begun writing messages, but forgot to send!!)

Sending / responding to emails
- Sending emails as my PA
- Emails that have been sent to you to handle should be handled by you inside your email inbox.
- Emails started by you should be handled by you until completion. Never assume I will handle an email unless I have said I will handle it. (then ensure that I have responded to it)
- Dictation
- At times I will want you to respond to my emails as me. I will normally tell you over the phone how I want to handle/respond to an email. You will then write the email from my email inbox.

Organising Meetings
- Organise and arrange meetings in a way that allows me to
1. Prepare for the meeting
2. Not travel around London too much

Helping me with my TODO's
- Make sure that everything in my todo list has been broken down into actual actions
What's the successful outcome?
What's the next action to make it happen?
- Be strict with me to go through this
- Take tasks off my hands that can be done by you or you think I should delegate to my team

Check that my personal life is not falling apart
- Make sure I organised for all family and important friends birthdays
- Ask me if I have enough fruit and veg in the house for my juices
- Ask me if I have done my morning yoga (so that I'm accountable to someone)
- Inform me of interesting things to do with my partner

We are going to be working close together so our abilty to communicate to each other is important. The best way to get hold of me is to call me. If I don't pick up send a message then call me back later. You will need to be able to call a UK cell phone.
