Assistant/Virtual Assistant in Leeds

We are a modern provider of training films for the restaurant industry. Combining cutting-edge research into the human brain and how we function in interactions.

A virtual assistant is currently required to help with administrative tasks, calendar management etc. for up to 2 hours per day (we can arrange the best time to suit the successful applicant), starting immediately. The contract is for two weeks, but may be extended if the work received is of high quality.

Job Title - Assistant to the Director

Wages - £5 per hour

Hours - 10-15 hours per week,

Skills required - applicant should be:
Highly organised
A good communicator
Hard-working
Have the ability to take initiative

Responsibilities -
E-mail Management
Organising and Maintaining Diaries
Book-keeping
Additional administrative tasks as required

Location -
Working from home, all systems to be managed online and communication will occur through daily e-mail and weekly Skype calls.

Whilst communications will be online, a location in Leeds is preferable.
